Many of these posts focus on the nutritional foundations for my body transformation programs. I focus on what types of foods they should consume and in what quantities. As a Certified Sports Nutritionist I discuss the relative merits of certain foods and explain why other foods should be avoided at all costs. Some posts discuss fad diets and gimmicky weight-loss programs and why they are downright dangerous. Other posts talk about supplementation: what are the benefits, what are some of the issues, why should people consider supplements, etc. Some of the posts focus on specific food groups and how to best incorporate them into regular eating.
I also focus on the importance of eating small meals throughout the day as well as drinking enough water and staying hydrated. I talk about specific combinations of foods that should be eaten together. Breakfast is always a hot topic for my blogs, I try to give creative breakfast recipes to help start the day with a bang.
