Strength Training for Sports
Increased strength and power can used to massive advantage in all athletic fields. In my youth practicing Karate to the level of black belt, I found that my enhanced power was a great advantage. The added strength can make up for a great deal of skill. In a skilled athlete, upgraded strength and power can be used to devastating effect.
This section is not to be confused with the career of athletic trainer. This is about training for athletes, most specifically strength training for sports.
