I designed the High Performance Personal Training program for the thousands who have been disserved with the offerings of most fitness club and of the in-house personal training programs like those found at other gyms, with other trainers, and online. Hula-dancing classes, spinning and piloxing are not going to get you the body you’ve always wanted. A head above the rest, my High Performance Training program combines results, ease and personal attention. Brentwood personal trainer Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Kim has been a fitness professional for over twelve years. Beginning in her Native Germany, and currently with Mr. America’s High Performance Team in Los Angeles, California. She combines her outstanding knowledge of fitness, physiology, dance, strength training, flexibility training and body alignment to guide her clients to greater physical awareness, endurance and core strength to achieve their individual fitness goals.

Kim teaches numerous exciting exercise modalities including: Spinning, Urban Rebounding, Aqua Aerobics, Abs and Butt Classes, and her own style of training which is a very effective combination of weight training, Pilates and yoga techniques. Her training system is great for improving posture, muscle tone and flexibility.

She is an experienced classical ballet dancer from Hamburg, Germany. Kim has been featured on numerous television shows and commercials. Kim is available for in-home personal training in Brentwood, Santa Monica and the general Los Angeles West side area.

Brentwood Personal Trainer Sherlyn is originally from Sunnyvale, CA but currently resides in Los Angeles as a personal trainer for High Performance Personal Training. She has over 20 years dance experience consisting of ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap as well as years of advanced fitness training experience. As a line captain of the cheerleader s for the NFL San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, she has performed in many bowl games including Super Bowl 29 as she is also a proud owner of a Super Bowl ring. One of her most memorable moments is being on a USO Tour in South Korea performing for our military troops throughout Christmas and New Years. Among several other victories, Sherlyn has won the Grace and Physique at the Women’s Tri-Fitness World Challenge (2006).

Sherlyn currently trains clients at Gold’s Gym Venice or in their west side LA home gyms including Brentwood.

Jason’s a really great trainer. I do the virtual personal training program because I know form, I just don’t have the knowledge to build my own plan. Jason’s always been very responsive whenever I have questions. He doesn’t give you a cookie-cutter plan; I have a few physical limitations and my gym doesn’t have the widest variety of equipment and he was very understanding and helped find the right exercise substitutions. I found the diet plan really helpful because it’s flexible enough where I can try different foods, but specific enough about how much and when to eat so I actually see results. Be clear with your goals and stick to what he says and you’ll definitely be happy with where you are in just a few months.

I live in Chicago so I used Jason's online personal training. It was a great experience especially for the price. He would monitor my workouts each week and let me know if I should be able to go heavier on an exercise based on everything else I was doing. He'd also review my recorded diet and tell me where to tweak things. He was also good about reminding me to update my weight and progress pics, and he'd adjust the workouts or diet based on that. He was honest about how much weight/muscle I should expect to gain and didn't try to make huge promises just to get business.
