This is one of my favorite blog topics. Each blog posting discusses a different aspect of working out. Some posts focus on specific, targeted body areas and key exercises to see better muscle tone or specific strength. Other posts focus on training motivation and getting back into shape after months or years away from a regular workout routine. Sometimes I discuss my favorite pet peeves at the gym and throw in a few helpful hints along the way. I also like to blog about some of my own favorite workouts at the gym and around town. I also make recommendations about changing and updating certain aspects of a workout and how to keep from getting bored with any workout routine. Some of these are tied to other blogs topics on health, strength training, motivation and weight training. I also have really great pictures of some of my “Before and After” client results and in the client testimonials sections to increase reader awareness.
