My boot
camp is a 4 day a week boot camp and incorporates days focusing on
running, boxing, stairs, sprinting, calisthenics drills at
multiple Santa Monica locations including the Santa Monica stairs, the
beach, and other outside locations. Held on Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and
Saturday. $199/mo /

Each
camp runs exactly 4 weeks, and meets 3x a week. Each class is exactly 60
minutes long.
Our boot camp classes are held at friendly outdoor parks in Valencia and
the Antelope Valley.

What's
the difference between Jason Kozma's
Los Angeles Boot Camp system and what other
boot camps provide?
1: Most
boot camps
are only exercise. This is a fine way
to exercise but does not necessarily burn body fat. Our clients
can opt to incorporate the High Performance Nutritional Plan for the
most rapid weight loss humanly possible!
2: The
results of my approach include rapid weight loss, strength and fitness enhancement,
and improved body and self-image.
