My boot
camp is a 5 day a week boot camp and incorporates days focusing on
running, boxing, stairs, sprinting, calisthenics drills at
multiple Santa Monica locations including the Santa Monica stairs, the
beach, and other outside locations.

are only exercise. This is a fine way
to exercise but does not necessarily burn body fat. Our clients
