I don’t run in the circles of people who have “personal trainers.” But I had let myself go and I needed some serious help so when we got some unexpected money, it was my highest priority. I knew I wanted a female trainer. I found Tasha online at High Performance Personal Training. Tasha responded immediately and was available and flexible.
She would come to me at home and was reasonably priced. Too good to be true! She’s really sweet, down-to-earth and intimidatingly pretty but I really liked her so I committed to 6 weeks. We met 3 times a week. She knew how to push me and motivate me. She’s tough; in a good way. The workouts were never the same so I couldn’t psych myself out or get bored. There was a natural progression of building up the weak areas of my body and trying new things that would get results. I wrote down everything I ate and she looked it over at each session. I got encouragement, admonishment and helpful tips.
At the one month mark, I had lost a total of 12 inches! I went from a full size 12 to a 10. She was as excited for me as I was as we did a little dance in the street. I was so excited about the changes in my body that I decided to go for another month instead of 2 more weeks. By the end of the second month I was seeing real muscle definition and lost another 2 inches. Now my size 10s are loose. I’m scared about going it alone but I know I’ve made a lifestyle change. Everyone in my life already knows about Tasha but I will tell anyone else who will listen how great she is. The results speak for themselves!
Your online personal training program is awesome. I had been training with someone for the past 2 years face to face and had some concerns that trying to do this in Texas and my trainer being in California was going to mean I was on my own. That was the furthest from the truth. I appreciate the dedication you give your clients, I felt like you might as well have been right here with me with your interactions. I consider myself pretty healthy and in shape but was looking for something to take it up a notch and I accomplished that and more. I have never had the definition I now have in my body. I won’t lie, it is a lot of work but well worth every minute I put into it. Anyone that does not get amazing results from your online personal training program did not put all of their effort into it. You will absolutely get amazing results if you stick to the nutrition, workouts and supplements. You make it easy to follow. Thank you for your support and advice. I have learned a lot along this path and find myself passing the information on and educating others about ways to get more from their workouts and eating habits. Can’t wait to see where else I go with this. Thanks!!!!

When I found Jason online he fit all of my requirements for what I was looking for in a personal trainer. I wanted someone with both knowledge and experience in the world of bodybuilding. Thank you Jason for all you’ve done for me! Before I came to Jason I had 5 years of training experience. All I was missing was Jason Kozma. With Jason’s coaching I placed 2nd and 4th, respectively, in the Mr. California and Mr. World natural bodybuilding competitions I entered in 2006. Standing onstage against fierce competition, in little posing trunks, in front of a crowd is a daunting task…
In a panic over an upcoming trip to Cancun I started training with Jason. Now, 7 weeks later, I am amazed at how quickly the weight, and more importantly, the inches have come off.
Jason knows how to focus on those “problem areas” as well as getting the whole body balanced and toned.
I have trouble with my knees and lower back and Jason was always sure to modify exercises and be mindful of not aggravating old injuries
I feel fit, strong and finally comfortable in my own body. My only complaint is now I have to buy a whole new wardrobe!
lost 5 inches from waist in 7 weeks
Will, 40, came to me not looking particularly out of shape. However he told me that he hadn’t trained for 6 months or so and wanted personal training to get in great shape for his upcoming wedding. By the way there will not be any face photos of Will or his last name as he is big time Hollywood writer.
Anyhow Will’s body fat was close to 20% and he could do about two pullups and two dips. Not quite zero but not an acceptable number by any means. Fast forward to eight weeks later Will’s bodyfat was down around 10% and he could do 15-20 pull-ups in a row on his first set.
Will can now incline press the 90 pound dumbbells for 10, do four sets of 20 reps on pullups and four sets of 20 reps on bodyweight dips. Will now looks like a superhero (the physique, no costume) and feels great. Among writers he’s like a Mr. America!
