years living in hotels, working way too hard and working out way too
little had resulted in what I thought was an extra 10 - 15 pounds that I

8 week training I received was incredible! Through the program I
received a meal program that taught me healthy eating habits to gain
weight the right way. My starting weight was 147 lbs. and by the end of
the 8 weeks I weighed 160 lbs. Because I learned how to train with
proper form, I saw an increase in my bench weight from 175 lbs to 225
