Why is the High
Performance Pilates
program more effective than other
Pilates classes or programs?
Only our holistic program combines the
100% effective High Performance Customized Nutritional Program and
body-specific cardiovascular assignments with the toning qualities of one
on one Pilates training. This results in a rapid loss of fat and rapid
increase in tone in the client, far more effective than taking classes or
lessons alone. Our instructors are some of the most highly trained
professionals in Los Angeles. The program focuses on improving how you
look in combination with your health, strength and well-being. My program
encompasses all the necessary components to reshape your body.
My program is
designed to reshape your body. You will gain strength, be healthier, and
more fit. Together we will create the body you want.
What's the difference
between the High Performance Pilates system and what other instructors /
trainers provide?
Our holistic program provides the 3 factors necessary to
lose fat and shape the body: Balanced nutrition, resistance training (using Pilates), and
cardiovascular training.

About Pilates:
The
Pilates Method is designed to strengthen muscles by primarily focusing on
the development of a strong body center or "core" (abdominal and postural
muscles). The rest of the body can be safely stretched and conditioned. The
Pilates Method emphasizes total body alignment. Abdominal and lower back
stabilization result in improved posture, flexibility, strength, endurance
and coordination. Pilates is a
fantastic adjunct to complete any individual’s conditioning program.
Remember, performing
Pilates-style workouts can strengthen, lengthen, stretch, balance, tone, relax
AND energize your
body in a short amount of time. But you must do them at least 2 – 3 times per
week in order to see significant results fast. The great thing about Pilates
method exercise is that, once you learn
to do the movements well, it’s extremely enjoyable. |
