High Performance Personal
Training provides programs for weight loss, fitness,
body sculpting and extreme transformations. Since
1995 we've been providing fitness training
in Los Angeles and weight loss nutrition to all types of
individuals. We have trained movie and television stars,
professional athletes and everyday folks who want to get
in shape. We have guided people through extreme weight
loss and fitness training.

single one of our client’s success reaching their goals.
And that is this: They WANTED TO MAKE A CHANGE. Not just
a change in how they look physically. This is a deeply

have available. During your first session we will
discuss your goals, and what you want to achieve through
this program. We will not lead you down any paths you
