Exercise is not optional for anyone. I write a lot about it in general. How it benefits you, how to make yours more effective and efficient, what kinds to do for best results, optimum recovery, health, strength, weight loss, etc. My whole life is about exercise. There are certain types that I prefer and will mostly write about those. My favorite form is weight training and most posts will be focused on that. I will talk about trending forms of workouts, their benefits and drawbacks, and what I think is best for my clients and readers.
