Entering the
Jason Kozma workout program, I thought I had a vast knowledge of weight
training and nutrition. Through Jason, I discovered a whole new world of
exercise and diet that I never knew existed. I learned correct form in
lifting, proper diet and which supplements were appropriate for me. As
someone who has worked out much of his life, I can say that I have never

Over the years, I've tried a lot of
different activities in the name of
health and challenging myself
(including becoming a vegan for 2
years and running a marathon), but I
secretly always hoped it would give
me that cover of Runners World
physique. It didn't! Eventually, I
had accepted that no matter how hard
I worked, my body was naturally just
oddly shaped and that I was fit and
that's just good enough considering
I was still in much better shape
than most of the people I knew.
I
honestly was blown away by the
results that I saw in just the first
3 weeks of training with Larry! In
addition to helping me get rid of my
butt, Larry has been helping me
correct posture issues that I wasn't
even aware of eliminating knee pain
I had occasionally gotten from
running for the past 4 years.
He
has a very in-depth knowledge of
kinesiology and nutrition and has
explained away many of the myths
from those bizarre fad diets and
exercise routines we try to ignore
but that somehow get into our heads
anyway. Probably the most valuable
thing I've learned from Larry and
Jason is
that staying in great shape isn't
nearly as time consuming as I had
imagined it would be. I only wish
I'd known this 10 years ago when I
was working so hard for half of the

Lost 20 lbs!
I never knew what I was truly
getting myself into once I
signed up with Jason Kozma and
worked closely with Sherlyn Roy.
I knew I wanted to change my
physique and lifestyle for the
better. I was active to begin
with, but never felt my physique
had reached its’ optimal prime.
One can always improve and
change their body image at any
point in time; I knew I was
ready for that change in my
life. It takes true discipline
to ensure success with the
program. It is not a limited
plan for the time being, but
rather, something to incorporate
on a daily basis within one’s
life. I learned the various
aspects of nutrition by feeding
myself the right foods at the
right time and performing proper
physical training; these changed
my results dramatically. They
kept taking me to another level
week by week, and my results
showed quickly. I slimmed down,
became lean, and most
importantly gained a positive
image physically and mentally.
It’s the commitment to myself
and the commitment that Jason &
Sherlyn shared with me to see my
goals achieved, which helped me
be where I am today. What
started as a mere 10 pound
weight loss resulted in a 20
pound weight loss and a body fat
from >20% to < 15% in such a

At the beginning of my
senior year in college I
realized it was time for
me to get in shape. At
about the same time I
realized that I had no
clue how to get there. I
contacted Jason who had
me work with James Balazs.
Jason got me on a diet
to support the rigorous
workouts with James
that got me to where I
am today. James worked
with me and helped me
to get in shape despite
a painful back injury
and bad asthma. Even
with these issues James
still managed to make
the workouts challenging
and very productive. The
results were rapid, in
only a few months I went
from a skinny 120
pounds, to 150 pounds
and the body I
always dreamed of.
I am so pleased with the
results of my training
that I plan to continue
with James and Jason for
the rest of the year.
