I started working with Jason and Morgan I wanted to lose about 5 - 10
pounds. I thought I would just tone up, and feel more energetic. I
started out going through the motions at first, and complaining about not
getting to eat my favorite foods. I did not follow the nutritional
recommendations, until I finally just decided to give in to it one day.
After about the 3rd work I noticed how much more energy I had, and the
weight just came off easily! I then noticed a significant change in my
body shape and definition, and others took notice as well. I am now at a
size 0, and I am feeling as young as I did in high school!! I get
compliments from everyone, and I feel hot!!

hour is up, and you feel ready to take on the day. This has been such a

For years I
have used the Stairmaster which has allowed me to eat basically what I
want and not gain weight. Yet, as a mother of two and closing in on my 44th
birthday, I noticed that my body had lost much of its tone. So, as a
special gift to myself, I decided to jumpstart my body by losing a little
weight while firming it up, yet I knew I needed help. Through a Google

extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. She is also hands on which I truly
appreciated. She made sure I was using proper body form while working out,
not only to avoid injury, but to also give the targeted muscles the best
support and expertise was invaluable in helping me not only achieve my
short term goals but also create healthy lifestyle changes that will

worked with another personal trainer shortly after I had gotten
engaged. After 6 months, I did not achieve the results I was looking
for because 1.) Iím the type that needs strict discipline and they were
more focused on developing a friendship with me 2.) I did not have a
diet plan that complemented my workout regimen.
He did a
body fat analysis (monitored every 2-3 weeks), put me on nutritional
plan (which he monitors weekly), and a cardio + strengthening regimen.
You WILL start seeing a transformation within the first 2 weeks you
start working with him. He will make adjustments throughout the process
