Entering the Jason Kozma workout program, I thought I had a vast knowledge of weight training and nutrition. Through Jason, I discovered a whole new world of exercise and diet that I never knew existed. I learned correct form in lifting, proper diet and which supplements were appropriate for me. I have always looked like I was in good shape, But as the years caught up with me and my middle started to expand I thought that I should get a trainer and start working on my eating habits. I spoke to several trainers and was not impressed at all. I found Jason on the internet and gave him a call. He explained the diet and workout routine that I would need for what I was looking for. After only a couple of weeks I really started to notice the difference. After 8 weeks I felt and looked like a new person. I can not say enough about the expertise Jason has in his field. If you're looking to get into great
shape and fast Jason is the personal trainer to see. I have always
been active, but had never used a trainer. Recently I underwent foot
surgery and was confined to bed rest for nearly a month. When I was
able to walk, my range of motion was very limited and I realized
that I had gained some weight from being sedentary.
I found Jason while surfing the web and
decided to book an appointment. Jason was very careful to work
around and with my limitations (foot). I was very impressed with his
conscientiousness towards my safety. Over the next 6 weeks he kept me
motivated and his discipline regarding diet actually rubbed off.
This in itself is a small feat as I had many social functions
including my wedding and I still managed to stick to Jason's diet
plan. He really stays on top of how you're doing and does his best
to help you succeed with your goals.

Over the years, I've tried a lot of different activities in the name of health and challenging myself (including becoming a vegan for 2 years and running a marathon), but I secretly always hoped it would give me that cover of Runners World physique. It didn't! Eventually, I had accepted that no matter how hard I worked, my body was naturally just oddly shaped and that I was fit and that's just good enough considering I was still in much better shape than most of the people I knew.
I honestly was blown away by the results that I saw in just the first 3 weeks of training with Larry! In addition to helping me get rid of my butt, Larry has been helping me correct posture issues that I wasn't even aware of eliminating knee pain I had occasionally gotten from running for the past 4 years.
He has a very in-depth knowledge of kinesiology and nutrition and has explained away many of the myths from those bizarre fad diets and exercise routines we try to ignore but that somehow get into our heads anyway. Probably the most valuable thing I've learned from Larry and Jason is that staying in great shape isn't nearly as time consuming as I had imagined it would be. I only wish I'd known this 10 years ago when I was working so hard for half of the results. Julie

I never knew what I was truly
getting myself into once I
signed up with Jason Kozma and
worked closely with Sherlyn Roy.
I knew I wanted to change my
physique and lifestyle for the
better. I was active to begin
with, but never felt my physique
had reached its’ optimal prime.
One can always improve and
change their body image at any
point in time; I knew I was
ready for that change in my
life. It takes true discipline
to ensure success with the
program. It is not a limited
plan for the time being, but

At the beginning of my
senior year in college I
realized it was time for
me to get in shape. At
about the same time I
realized that I had no
clue how to get there. I
contacted Jason who had
me work with James Balazs.
Jason got me on a diet
to support the rigorous
workouts with James
that got me to where I
am today. James worked
with me and helped me
to get in shape despite
a painful back injury
and bad asthma. Even
with these issues James
still managed to make
the workouts challenging
and very productive. The
results were rapid, in
only a few months I went
from a skinny 120
pounds, to 150 pounds
and the body I

Yet, as a mother of two and closing in on my 44th birthday, I noticed that my body had lost much of its tone. Before I met Jason I went through several trainers but I couldn't stick to a diet. I sit down all day at work and had become flabby and was just eating junk food at my desk all day. Jason got me to follow his diet diligently and I lost 5 pounds in the first week and rapidly dropped 20 pounds over the next several weeks. It was really fun working out with him because he's funny as hell and my body is better than when I was 20. After I moved from the area I couldn't train with Jason any more but six months later I have easily maintained my weight because of the basic eating principles I learned from Jason (and I never have to go hungry). So, all I can add is... I get asked out on dates all the time now! And my new boyfriend is really hot! See ya at the gym!

The decision to work with Jason was an easy one. I looked at his before and after photos. What I saw were great results and satisfied clients.
I started training with him six months after the birth of my son. I was physically at my weakest and still had some of my baby weight. Within eight weeks, I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and fitting into my skinny jeans!
What a picture can’t convey is how getting in shape has made me feel. For the first time in my life, I enjoy exercising - enjoy becoming fit. My body now craves working out and I love how energized I feel after a session with Jason. Being healthier & stronger has boosted my confidence level and has given me an overall sense of well-being.
