Recently I underwent foot surgery and was confined to bed rest for nearly a month. When I was able to walk, my range of motion was very limited and I realized that I had gained some weight from being sedentary.
I found Jason while surfing the web and decided to book an appointment. Jason was very careful to work around and with my limitations (foot). I was very impressed with his conscientiousness towards my safety.  Over the next 6 weeks he kept me motivated and his discipline regarding diet actually rubbed off. Let me start by saying this picture is real -but thanks to Jason it is a thing of the past!

With his encyclopedic knowledge of weightlifting he is able to create a unique workout each time. This knowledge also allows him to work around injuries, so that you don't lose momentum.

The right direction is not mindless muscle growth. As a champion body builder, Jason has an eye for symmetry. He customizes your workout to your needs, so you end up looking great all around, instead of like of an out of proportion cartoon character.

Your time is important. In one hour Jason hits the right muscles and drains the last bit of energy out of them, so that they grow really fast. The hour goes by really fast too, because Jason keeps the workout entertaining.

Exercise alone will only get you so far. The diet increases the efficiency of the workouts in terms of both muscle mass gain and fat loss. Over the years, I've tried a lot of different activities in the name of health and challenging myself (including becoming a vegan for 2 years and running a marathon), but I secretly always hoped it would give me that cover of Runners World physique.  It didn't!  Eventually, I had accepted that no matter how hard I worked, my body was naturally just oddly shaped and that I was fit and that's just good enough considering I was still in much better shape than most of the people I knew.

I honestly was blown away by the results that I saw in just the first 3 weeks of training with Larry!  In addition to helping me get rid of my butt, Larry has been helping me correct posture issues that I wasn't even aware of eliminating knee pain I had occasionally gotten from running for the past 4 years. 

He has a very in-depth knowledge of kinesiology and nutrition and has explained away many of the myths from those bizarre fad diets and exercise routines we try to ignore but that somehow get into our heads anyway.  Probably the most valuable thing I've learned from Larry and Jason is that staying in great shape isn't nearly as time consuming as I had imagined it would be.  I only wish I'd known this 10 years ago when I was working so hard for half of the results.  Julie

I never knew what I was truly getting myself into once I signed up with Jason Kozma and worked closely with Sherlyn Roy. I knew I wanted to change my physique and lifestyle for the better. I was active to begin with, but never felt my physique had reached its’ optimal prime. One can always improve and change their body image at any point in time; I knew I was ready for that change in my life. It takes true discipline to ensure success with the program. It is not a limited plan for the time being, but rather, something to incorporate on a daily basis within one’s life. At the beginning of my senior year in college I realized it was time for me to get in shape. At about the same time I realized that I had  no clue how to get there. I contacted Jason who had me work with James Balazs. Jason got me on a diet to support the rigorous workouts with  James that got me to where I am today. James worked with me and helped  me to get in shape despite a painful back injury and bad asthma. Even  with these issues James still managed to make the workouts challenging and very productive. For years I have used the Stairmaster which has allowed me to eat basically what I want and not gain weight.  Yet, as a mother of two and closing in on my 44th birthday, I noticed that my body had lost much of its tone. Before I met Jason I went through several trainers but I couldn't stick to a diet.  I sit down all day at work and had become flabby and was just eating junk food at my desk all day.  Jason got me to follow his diet diligently and I lost 5 pounds in the first week and rapidly dropped 20 pounds over the next several weeks.  It was really fun working out with him because he's funny as hell and my body is better than when I was 20.  After I moved from the area I couldn't train with Jason any more but six months later I have easily maintained my weight because of the basic eating principles I learned from Jason (and I never have to go hungry).   So, all I can add is...
