Jason Kozma brings more than 20 years of experience to the fore to help you reach your individual goals: Be it weight loss and tone, strength and size, or athletic enhancement, Jason has the knowledge and experience to help you get where you need to go.
Jason has worked with professional athletes from multiple sports including Major League Baseball and the NFL as well as celebrities, bodybuilders and fitness competitors, executives, CEOs and regular folk. Jason is a competitive bodybuilder having won the following titles:

He has exceptional knowledge in the fields of bodybuilding, bodysculpting and sports performance training, nutrition, motivational techniques as well as an extensive background in martial arts, holding a black belt in Wado-Ryu Karate.

Tasha
Tasha, a personal trainer since 2002, has experience in quick body fat loss, sports specific, and muscle rehabilitation personal training. In addition, she also has experience training pre- and post-natal women. She is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, APEX nutrition, and is qualified in assisted stretching as well. Her experience also includes vinyasa yoga. She has worked in such clubs as Equinox and Sports Club LA before joining High Performance Personal Training. Tasha has trained celebrities and athletes as well clients with everyday fitness goals.
Tasha is qualified to bring her equipment into your home, to a park near you, or meet you at a gym of your convenience. Goal setting and monitoring of your nutrition and cardio evaluations are available as well. Sherlyn
Sherlyn is originally from Sunnyvale, CA but currently resides in Los Angeles as a personal trainer for High Performance Personal Training. She has over 20 years of dance experience in hip hop, jazz, tap, and ballet and years of fitness training experience. As a former NFL cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, she has performed in many bowl games including Super Bowl 29 as she is also a proud owner of a Super Bowl ring. One of her most memorable moments is being on a USO Tour in South Korea performing for our military troops throughout Christmas and New Years.
Among several other victories, Sherlyn is the 2006 winner of the Grace and Physique at the Women's Tri-Fitness World Challenge. She is also an IFBB professional figure and bikini competitor, with several top 3 placings in pro contests.
Kevin
Kevin is one of Jason's Elite High Performance Team Trainers. Kevin is Jason's Premier Team Trainer for the area having been schooled intensively by Jason for years.
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in fitness with extensive knowledge in multiple training techniques. Kevin's background includes competitive cycling, golf and golf-specific training as well as bodysculpting and strength training.
Certified Personal Trainer Kevin Murphy is available for in home personal training in Holmby Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood Hills, Trousdale Estates, and adjacent areas.
Terrance
Originally from Ontario Canada, I have been in the gym training myself since I was in high school. With gymnastics being my sport, I found it easy to stay lean, but my coach told me that I needed to include resistance training to up my game. Working from Arnold Schwarzenegger's Modern Body Building Encyclopedia, I learned the basics. I struggled to gain size, but enjoyed the challenge. After graduation, I gave up gymnastics, to dance professionally for a production company. During this time, I really began to appreciate the power of my body, and learning what I could do with it.
When I turned 30, I realized that I didn't want to dance forever, but I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my years in the fitness profession to keep me as healthy and fulfilled as possible. For me, that meant moving to Santa Monica. I started at the Easton Gym in Santa Monica, this is where I met Jason Kozma. He was the most serious of all of the trainers, and I respected that. Thankfully I got a chance to understand the intensity of his training, and achieved incredible results. I was in the best shape that I had ever been in before, and with this new found inspiration I certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and began training clients. Jason taught me visualization, and that mind - body connection is the most important process that you can realize for proper muscular isolation and development. He taught us that you could actually sculpt the body to the likeness the client desired. This was a very informative year for me personally, as I achieved better results applying his philosophy to what I was teaching. Soon I began training clients at the Boulevard Health Club in Bel Air. There, I was introduced to Jeet Kune Do (Gung Fu). I immersed myself in this new art, and learned that Mind-Body connection is essential to sculpt the body, but discipline sculpts the spirit. By 2005 I had earned the privilege to teach at the level of apprentice instructor.
I am available to train clients at the Boulevard Health Club. My training style reflects the goals of the client, with the ability to draw from any of my various fitness experiences, and skill sets resulting from each. Some clients desire weight loss, some a personal challenge. I have had clients work off 30 pounds in 6 weeks, as well as clients who have achieved great results, and continue to work with me since my first day as a Bel Air personal fitness trainer.

Kim
Kim has been a fitness professional for over ten years. The first five in her Native Germany, the last five years for Mr. America's High Performance Team in Los Angeles, California. She combines her outstanding knowledge of fitness, physiology, dance, strength training, flexibility training and body alignment to guide her clients to greater physical awareness, endurance and core strength to achieve their individual fitness goals.
Kim teaches numerous exciting exercise modalities including: Spinning, Urban Rebounding, Aqua Aerobics, Abs and Butt Classes, and her own style of training which is a very effective combination of weight training, Pilates and yoga techniques. Her training system is great for improving posture, muscle tone and flexibility.
She is an experienced classical ballet dancer from Hamburg, Germany. Kim has been featured on numerous Television shows and commercials. Kim is available for in-home personal fitness training in Santa Monica, Santa Monica and the general Los Angeles West side area.

Morgan Bennett is an NASM certified personal trainer with ten years of experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in a wide variety of training styles including weight loss, bodybuilding, functional training, core strengthening, and plyometric / reactive exercises. Morgan has also been trained under master trainer Jason Kozma in High Performance Personal Training techniques. He will work with you to design an individual program to suit your needs. He is available for studio personal training, outdoor personal training, or in home personal training.
Mike
Mike's training style varies from work out to work out. No two training sessions are the same as he believes in keeping the body guessing and preventing it from hitting a plateau which will result in consistently getting another step closer to achieving your goal.
Some of his training tactics are high volume moderate intensity, rest - pause, low volume high intensity, isolation movements, pyramid training, reverse pyramid training, supersets, tri-sets, giant sets, drop sets just to name a few. Whatever your goal is, he is here to help get you into the shape that you want.

Angela (Yoga teacher)

Angela's love for yoga began in 2003 after a car accident challenged her to find a way to rehab her knees. Successfully rehabbing both knees her curiosity grew, realizing the powerful healing properties of yoga. Her interest led her to enroll in the 200 Teacher Training with Yogaworks. She was drawn to this program because of their emphasis on anatomy, alignment principles, and proper sequencing. Further convinced of the vast benefits that yoga offered, she enrolled in the 300 Hr Professional program with Yogaworks. She was fortunate to have been paired with the very well respected, much loved, "teachers teacher" Annie Carpenter as her mentor. She is now a strong believer as well as student of Annie's "smart flow" yoga; a strong vinyasa flow yoga style that brings together intelligent sequencing with emphasis on safety and proper alignment. This type of yoga strengthens tones and tightens the body, focuses the mind and allows the body to open in a safe and logical way. Angela's sessions range from the meditative and restorative to powerful sweaty strong vinyasa flow sequences. Just as the body is unique and changes from day to day, Angela is constantly observing and tailoring the yoga sessions to the clients individual needs and desires. Much more than simply stretching, yoga enlivens and awakens every cell in the body creating muscles that work together harmoniously.
