I was starting to train for my 5th attempt on Mt. Rainier, and realized
that, in order to succeed, I needed to improve my training method; so I
decided to get help.
After reviewing a number of different physical training programs,
Jason's appeared to make the most sense. He put me on track with the
right diet, cardiovascular schedule and weight training program. I was
assigned to Nicholas, a knowledgeable, thorough, and careful
full-time trainer.
I trained with Nicholas three times per week; and with that, the cardio
and the diet, it was very intense. But then, so is mountain climbing.
In just two months, I had lost 20 lbs and felt ready
for Rainier. It was
time to go to the mountain. The climb was extremely hard and I thought
about turning back many times. After 10,000 vertical feet of snow, ice
and crevasses, I finally stepped onto the 14,410' summit of Mt. Rainier.
I was victorious! I know that if it hadn't been for Jason's
program, I never would have made it to the top. His program had made the
difference.

I am writing to say thank you for
introducing me to Nicholas. I had a wonderful experience training with
him! I am down 5 pant sizes and my orthopedic surgeon has said that
I've put off my next knee surgery by about a year. I even have baby
tri's popping out.....and have won arm wrestling matches with some of

Jason, I'm
excited! The program is working for me, although I thought I wouldn't
be able to drop this extra weight.
Nicholas is great! I think the dynamic works really well. He can see
when I'm having real problems and adjusts accordingly. He is very
caring and motivating at the same time, and I on the whole I think I'm
doing well. People are commenting nonstop on how much I've
changed, which is great, but I'm still set on continuing...I want to
make this body perfect! Hope everything is going well with you...

As for Nicholas, he is fabulous!! I have
worked out with trainers in the past and always found that they pushed
me so hard in my workouts that I didn't want to go back. Instead of
feeling energized after working out, I felt like I just wanted to go to
bed, assuming I could find the energy to get back home. Nicholas has
somehow mastered the science - I feel energized after a workout, not
exhausted. I have never been so sore that I had a hard time functioning
the next day, and yet, incredibly, I am still losing weight and seeing
changes in my body - especially my arms, shoulders and back. It's only
been 4.5 weeks, and I am excited to see where things stand after the
full 8 weeks. It also helps that he is a nice person, very encouraging
and personable, focused on the positive and believing that I can
succeed.
